Vorpommern fish markets

The Vorpommer fish markets are a festival for lovers of maritime delights and traditional craftsmanship.

Every year, regional providers present themselves in traditional fishing villages such as Greifswald-Wieck, Freest and Altwarp with freshly caught fish, incense and other culinary specialties. The markets are accompanied by a colorful supporting program that includes live music, children's actions and maritime experiences such as boat tours or tours. These markets are a homage to fishing as a traditional craft and at the same time offer insights into the regional culture and culinary delights of Western Pomerania.
