    Award ceremony in Berlin
    Delegation from Western Pomerania

A total of 44 applicants from all over Germany had participated in the categories of advanced and starters. Together with Bremerhaven and Oberstdorf, we made it to the final in the end. Our application was also supported by the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania EV (TMV) tourism association, which works closely with us, especially in the area of sustainable and qualitative measures.
Above all, the jury convinced our lighthouse offer ' Stettiner-HaFf-Rundweg ', a cycling route for the Stettiner Haff, which combines sustainable providers, regional producers and adventure offers on the lagoon. The cycle path promotes sustainable transportation at the holiday destination and environmentally friendly holiday forms and combines German and Polish offers across borders. During the jury receipt on May 9th, the members on site were able to get an idea and get to know the Szczecin Haff and the regional partners personally. The result: great enthusiasm!

Fanny Holzhüter is given the prize for the first place from Federal Environment Minister Steffi Lemke, they shake their hands.
